A LITTLE ABOUT THE PAGES BEHIND THE PAGES
About Romance Book Guide
Every reader has a different idea of a love story worth staying up for. We’re creating a place that starts with that difference.
Romance Book Guide is a new romance-book discovery and publishing project. Our purpose is to help readers find stories that suit their tastes—by mood, relationship trope, setting, intimacy level, and the kind of ending they hope to find.
We believe a useful book guide should make choosing easier, not make every book sound the same.

The feeling matters as much as the genre.
Two books can both be called romance and offer entirely different evenings. One gives you tender courtship and the joy of a first kiss. Another gives you a dangerous world and an irresistible attraction. Neither is better for every reader.
What matters is finding the one that’s right for you, right now.
That’s why we’re building our discovery approach around the details readers actually use to decide: Is this a slow burn? Is there on-page sex? How intense is the conflict? Is the ending complete? Can I read it as a standalone?
Those aren’t footnotes. They’re part of the promise a story makes.
What you’ll find here—and what we’re still building.
Here now: A reading-preference tool to help you put your tastes into words, straightforward explanations of common romance terms, and a voluntary email list for future reading letters and new releases.
As our library grows: Carefully described book recommendations, reading guides organized around real preferences, and clear distinctions between what we’ve read or verified and what comes from publisher descriptions or other sources.
As our publishing work grows: Original romance fiction under different pen names, with distinct promises for each audience. Our first planned line focuses on clean Regency romance. We’ll share titles, release details, and reading options when those books are ready.
We’d rather begin with something useful and honest than pretend our shelves are already full.
We publish stories, too. We’ll always tell you when they’re ours.
Romance Book Guide is being built both as a reader resource and as the home of a growing romance publishing business. That means some books we eventually recommend may be published by us.
When that happens, we’ll mark the connection clearly, near the recommendation. We’ll also disclose paid links and sponsored placements wherever they appear. You’re entitled to know who’s making a recommendation and what relationship they have to the book.
Who is responsible for this guide?
Romance Book Guide is operated by [LEGAL_OPERATOR_NAME]. Editorial responsibility and corrections are handled by [EDITORIAL_CONTACT_NAME].
We are not claiming a staff of professional literary critics, a large reviewing history, or a catalog we’ve personally evaluated when those things do not exist. Our standards describe how we intend to research, label, and improve our recommendations as the site grows.
A note to the reader
A good book can make an ordinary Tuesday feel like another life. It can be a soft place to land, a delicious ache, or the comfort of an ending you can trust.
We hope this becomes a place you return to when you’re ready for that feeling again.
Here’s to finding the next one.
